中医手法整复夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折对腕关节疼痛、功能状况及活动范围的影响

Abstract：ObjectieTivestigateteectoftraditioalCinesemedicinemanipulatieeductioadsplintetealfiatioonwistain functionalstatusdagefootreaetofstaldusfracturesetdFroJuartustOatitsiistal radiusfracturesdmitdtoWaanoutyHspialofTdioalCineediciereselectedsteseachectsThyeidto controlgropandstudygoupcodingtoteandomumbertableethod，with3Opatientsinachgoup.Theontrolgoupasteatedith extealfiafatioduostadidiioaleiauctospltealfaoal effcacysai functionocelesoaito was96.67 % ，which was higher than 76.67% in the control group（ P<0.05 .Thescoresof pain degree，grip strength，range of motionand functional status in the study group were （23.16 ± 1.75）scores，（23.32 ±1 .59）scores，（22.59±1.77）scores and （23.29 ±. 1.58）scores，respectively，which were higher than （20.57±2.28）scores，（22.63±2.25）scores，（19.61±4.06）scores and （21.04±1.07）scores in thecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）.The fracture healing time of the study groupwas （6.23 ± 1.36）d，whichwaslowerthan（7.63 ±1 1.52）dof thecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）.Thescores ofphysical function，social function， pscholgicafdatelfod respectivelya.s..o P<0.05 1 ConclusionTadioalneieanuaiuctiodslinetealfatiosfiicaltinhreafal radiufracturecuesprosfciaitfifgofotioellsrefacurea worthy of clinical application.
