阿替普酶早期静脉溶栓治疗对急性脑梗死患者凝血功能及血液生化指标的影响

Abstract：ObectieTalyeteectofarlytravenousthombolyticthraywitalteplaseoncogulationfuctiondblodical indexesnpatintswithcutecerebralifarctionMethodsFromJauary21toDecemberO2，8Opatientswithacutecerebralfarction receivedbyYiyangCountyeople'sHospitalwereselectedasteresearhbectsTepatientseredividedintocontrolgoupdstudygroup byrandomnumbertabletod，withOpatientsieachgroup.Theontrolgrouaseatedwithtroxerutindthesudyoupastrated witharlyolsisalcao partialtomopsti）dalssateoese （BNP），creatine kinase（CK），high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs CRP）] and adverse reactions（cerebral hemorrhage，upper gastrointestinal hemorageurinarysemoageingivalmoageeompaedetwnthooupsesultshtotalectieateofteat in the study group （97.5o%） was higher than that in the control group （77.50 % ）（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels ofPT，TTand APTT in the twogroupswereighertantoseeforetreatmentandtelevelofFwaslowertantatbeforereatmenteanhilethelevelsofnd APTTnthestudygroupftertreatmentwerehigherthantoseintecontrolgroupandthelevelofFBwasloweranthatinthecotrolgroup （P0.05）.AftertreattelofS，CKdineouselowratoefortreatales ofAST，BNP，CK and hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05） .The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group 2.50% ）was lower than that in the control group（ 22.50% ）（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Early intravenous thrombolytic therapy with aleplaseisetieipaitsithcutecebralifrctiohiccaproveteaglationfctiondlodocialde patients，and has high safety.
