Abstract：ObectiTivestigateteeresiofuc3O3Oaiatitsihloetaledtslatiosi pathologicalpareesetdsotalofatitsiortalcfrJayteiogsia toShanghaiJiaoTongUniversitySholofMedicinewereselectedasthobservatongoupand5Ohealhypeoplewhuderwentpysical examinatioatteeteereseleedsteotroloup.eelatieexpressoof3OainthetwogrousasetedbyCR. ResultsTheexpresionofserummi3Oainpatientsihcoloretalcancerashighertantatinthecontrolgoupandthedfreceas statistically significant（ P<0.05） .TheexpressionofserummiR-3OawassignificantlycorrelatedwithTNMstageanddiferentiationdegreeofcolorectal cancer （ P< 0.05），buttereantfceipioofOongdftdsgs，lphdeeastiso diameter and tumor location（ P> 0.05）.ConclusionTherelativeexpresionof serummiR-3Oa in patientswith colorectal cancer issignificantly upreglated maybeapotential diagnostic indicator and therapeutic target for colorectal cancer.
