Abstract：ObjeieTivesttetlicaletofiteringitraedllailfaoietreaentofloerlfracusite elderlyanditstoeaigndmoeoloMetosAtotalofOderlyatientsitlowrbfracturesdagodtreatedn WanianCountyople'sHspialfroJulytJune4reseleedsteeseachetscodgttndomumerbleod theweredividedtoudyoupndontrolouitOatintsinachoupTeotroloupasteateditetraedlylateatio andthestudyoaditeloralilfioaloafracureao delayedhealingolcaldeesositleoigartoleodlard incidenceofcopicatiosoifuctionjurcisioifectiofatiofractureereopdeteeteoosesultsal effective rateof treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group （ Pe 0.05）.The bone healing effect of the study groupwas beter than that of the control group（ P<0.05） .After treatment，the levelsof hemorheology indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and thelevels of hemorheology indexes inthe study group were lower than those in thecontrol group（ P<0.05） .The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05） .Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation hasa definite clinical effect in thereatmtocursinlotsllsveodei safety.It is worthy of clinical use.
