整脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及其对患者腰椎功能与JOA评分的影响

Abstract：ObjectieTivetatetfetofsialanipulatiointtreaentofmbardisatondisftolmarfuctiod JapaneseOrthopadicAssociation（JOA）scoreMetodsAtotalof6OpatientsithlumbadscheiationdmitedtoB'aiHospitalofYshan CountyfroJurytJne4ereseleedstseachectsndtyediidedintootrondyoogto therandomnumertableethodith3Oatientsiachgoup.eotrolgoupasgivenoutinetractioramentdthesudyouas treatedwithalalaalsiil recoveryoflmbfucioaulmbrgoftioetesioaumlbgofotiooalefr musclestrengthesialaauegioaE averageelectromyogaphyduringextension（AEGduringextension）]andainlevelwerecomparedbetweenthetwogoupsResultsetotal effctive rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P< 0.05）.After treatment，the scores of lumbar joint dysfunction in the study group were higher than those in the control group （ P< 0.05）.The maximum lumbar range of motion/extension，maximum lumbar range ofmotioneoalaeghesiooalafregthod extensioninthestudygroupwerehigerhanthosetecontrolgrouphiletheAEMGduringflexionaslowertanthatinthecotrolgoup P< 0.05）.The pain level of the study group was lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Theclinical effectof spinal manipulation in thetreatmentoflumbadischeiationisdfiite，ichcanimprovethelumbarfuctionandrelievethpaindegreofpatientsItisortyf clinical application.

腰椎间盘突出症是日常生活中常见的腰腿痛原因之一，因椎间盘变性、髓核突出、压迫神经根、纤维环破裂、压迫马尾神经而导致椎间盘退变，或者腰椎发育异常，好发于青壮年、孕妇、工作姿势不良者，患者以腰痛、坐骨神经痛、尾骨疼痛为典型临床症状，如果不及时就医极易导致腰椎间隙变窄，伴有活动受限I。（剩余5669字）
