理肺汤联合布地奈德福莫特罗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响

Abstract：ObjectieTeethcalctofLifecotiocobdiudesodndfooterolumaatereatfoc obstructivepulmoaryiseasenditstolmoaryfuctiotodsUingtedomberableeodotallOitsih chronicbstructieulmonaryiseasediagosddtreatedinouospitalfrooveber2toJne4eredvidedintotoosaely conventionalgoupndsudgoup，Opatientsergroupeoventioalgoupastreatedwithudesodedfoterolfumaatedte study group was treated with budesonide and formoterol fumarate + Lifeidecoction.The therapeutic effect，pulmonary function indexes [forced vital capacity（FVC）ientilatiooefcpratoryoeinitod（FEV）]droeoeCAo score，blod gas index[partial pressure of oxygen（PaO2），partial pressureof carbon dioxide （PaCO2） ] were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the total effective rate of 84.00% in the conventional group，the total effective rate of the study group was higher，reaching 96.00% 0 P< 0.05）.Intermsoflungfuctionindexes，TCMsydromescore，CAscore，RCsoreandbloodgasindexes，thesudygouphadigher FVC，MVV， FEV1 and PaO2 aftertreatment than those in theconventional group，and lower TCMsyndromescore，CAT score，mMRC scoreand PaCO2 （204 than those in the conventional group（ P <0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Lifei decoction and budesonideand formoterol fumarate in the treatmentofoicstructiveulonayiseaseasndeallialetichanpromotetecoeyoflmoaryfutiooe respiratorystatus，reduce clinical symptoms，andefectivelycontrolthedisease.Itisworthyofclinicalapplication.
