烤烟-粮经作物间作对土壤微生物群落及烟叶品质的影响

Abstract:Toinvestigate theeffectsof intercroppingflue-curedtobaccowithdiferent grainandeconomiccropsonsoil microecologyandtobaccoleafquality,afieldexperiment wasconductedinthetobaccogrowingareaofJunan CountyLinyiCity ShandongProvice.Withflue-curedtobaccomoocroppingas thecontrol(CK),treeitercroppngtreatmentswereestablsed flue curedtobacointercropped wihsweetpotato(T)peaut (2)andsobean(3)spectively.Changesoficrobialoity structure,chemicalproertieseatiitsandtrogencinggeneepreionosperesoil,aswellasafoe contentacrosstobacogrowthtages ereaaledAdditioalltheftsofdiferentintercoppingmodesontobacceafality includingappearancequalitysensoryqualityanditrisicchmicalcompositionwereexpored.Theresultssowedthatcopared withCK,T3sigicatlyiceasedthaoidexofzspresilacteraatteosetestagechdbeealacteal genera suchas Bacills,andexhbitedthe mostsignificantdierenceincommunitystructurefromCKinPCAanalysisacosal stages.Tlonlyhadacertainimpactat thevigorousgrowthstageandmaturestage,whiletheefectofT2wasrelativelyweak.Inthe T3 treatment, soil total nitrogen and available potassium at the rosette stage increased by 37.6% and 7.5% compared with CK, respectively, showing significant improvements; at the vigorous growth stage, total nitrogen increased by 89.8% and organic matter increased by 18.9% compared with CK. Theabundance ofamo A genes in AOA/AOB increased byup to 45.5% ,and soil enzyme activities atthevigrous growthstageand maturestage wereenhancedIntheT3 treatment,thecontents ofauxinand zeatinriboside in tobacco leaves at the vigorous growth stage increased by 38% and 27% , respectively; the contents of nitrogen and magnesium in tobacco leaves increased by 12.4% and 9.6% ,respectively,and disease-resistant genes such as PR1 a/c were activated. The appearance qualityandsensoryqualityofupperandmidle tbacoleaves underdiferent itereroppng paters were allimproved, withtheT3treatmentbeingthebest;theT3treatmentsignificantlyincreasedthetotalnitrogenand nicotinecontentsinupperand middle leaves.Inconclusion,the flue-curedtobaco-soybeanintercroppngpaternsignificantlyimproves theyieldandqualityof tobacco leavesbystrengtheningsoil microecologyand nutrientcyclingandcanbepopularizedandapplied inthestudyarea and similar tobacco-growing regions.
