生草栽培对烟田土壤理化性质及真菌群落的影响

Abstract: Inordertoexploretheefectsof grass cultivationonsoilphyicochemicalpropertiesandfungalcommunitiesintobacco fields,Astragalussinicus,TrifoliumrepensandTrifoliumpratense wereusedasmaterialstodeterminethechangesofsoil physicochemical propertiesintobaccofieldsaftergrascultivationHigh-throughputsequencing techologywasusedtodetectthe compositionanddiversityofsoilfungalcommunitiesintobaccofields,andtheagronomictraitsoftobaccowereinvestigatedatthe budding stageoftbacco.Theresultsshowed thatthemainagronomictraitsoftbaccotreatedwithgrasscutivation werebettr than thoseof naturalgrasscultivation.Compared withartificial weeding,grasscultivation had nosignificant eectonthegrowthof tobacco,whileitireasedilHanicmatercotetinetobaccofelddeancdtesupplyofsilogen,o and potassium.Ascomycota,BasidiomycotaadMortierellomycotawerethemainspeciesofsoilfungalcommunitystructureThe results of Alphadiversityanalysisshowedthat grassspecies wasanimportantfactorafectingAphadiversity.Themaineffectof grassdensitywasnotsignificant,buttheinteraction efectbetween grass speciesand densitywassignificant.The Chaolindex, Shannon index and Simpson index of soil fungal community were significantly reduced by 112.5 and 75kg/ha treatments compared withartificial wedingtreatment.TheresultsofEfSeanalysisandNMDSanalysisshowedthat tere weresignificantdiferences in fungalcommunityompositionbetweengrasscultivatioandartifiial weding.Thegrasscultivatiotreatmet increasedtherelative abundanceofHumicolaandreducedtherelativeabundanceofharmfulfungisuchasFusariumandAspergillusintesoil.Coelation analysissowedthatthsoilorganicmattrcontentwassignificantlyegativelyoelatedwiththeelativeabundanceofAspergilus, andthetotalpotassiumcontent wassignificantly negativelycorelated withFusarium. Itcanbe seenthattobacco fieldgras cultivationcanimprovethesoil physicochemicalpropertiesandreducetherelativeabundanceofsomeharmful fungi,which isof great significance to the health of tobacco planting soil.
