Abstract：Thenewflue-curedtobaccovarietyZhongyanl06isapure-linflue-curedtobacovarietybredthroughpedigreselection afterhybridizationwithNC82asthefemaleparentandl-7515（anewhig-qualityandmult-resistantflue-curedtobaccoline）as themaleparent.The breedingojectives prioritizedhighqualityandmultipleresistances，whilealsotaking intoyieldandcuring properties.Inthefield，Zhongyan106exhibitssronggrowthvigor，atower-shaped planttype，long-elipticalleavesnd18-22 harvestableleaves perplant.Itdemonstratesmoderateresistancetoblackshank，root-knotnematode，andPVY（potatovirusY）， moderatesusceptibilitytobacterialwiltandbrownspot，andsusceptibilitytoTMVandCMV.Itscomprehensiveeconomic performanceissgnificantlysuperiortothatofK326andslightlybeterthanorequivalenttoYunyan87.Thecuredtobaccoleavesare mainlygoldenyellowincolor，withappearancequalityslightlybeterthanthatofK326.Italsoshows higerfllingvalue，lowerstem content，andrelativelywell-balancedchemicalcomponents.Thesensoryqualityof Zhongyanl06efectivelyexpresesthe characteristicstyleofitsprouctonaea，dmostratinstrogidustralusablity.Overall，Zhongya06iaexclentpureie varietythatachevesasoundbalanceamongqualtydiseaseresistanceandeconomic traits.Itisuitableforcuivationintobac growingareassuch as Southwestand Huanghuai areas，andcanalsobeused asaparent with excelentcomprehensivecharacteristics in flue-cured tobacco breeding.
