Abstract:Inorder toexploretheeffectsof different biostimulantsoncarbonand nitrogenmetabolismofflue-cured tobacco, Zhongyan 1Oo was used as the material, and four treatments of spraying water (CK), 100mg/L γ -aminobutyric acid (T1), 100mg/L chitosan oligosaccharide(T2)and 100mg/L alginate oligosaccharide(T3) were set up. The biomass, photosynthetic characteristics andcarbonand nitrogen metabolismoflue-cured tobaco were analyzedbyfoliarsprayingat the vigorous growthstageand mature stageof tobaccoplants.Theresultsshowedthat,(l)Comparedwiththecontroltreatment,biostimulanttreatmentimprovdthe photosynthetic characteristics of tobacco leaves, the net photosynthetic rate increased by 13.2%-33.3% , respectively, and the biomass accumulationofflue-cured tobacco increased.Inthevigorous periodofcarbonand nitrogen metabolismofflue-curedtobaccothe activities of nitrate reductase, glutamine synthetase, neutral invertase and αa -amylase in tobacco leaves were significantly increased, andtheaccumulationand transformationof carbonandnitrogen metabolitesin tobaco leaves were promoted.T1treatment significantlyincreasedtheactivityofcarbon metabolismenzymes,promoted theacumulationof totalsugarandreducing sugarin tobaccoleaves,and theexpression levelsofcarbon metabolism genes NtNINV10,NtAMMLand NtTPPwere significantlyupregulated.T2treatmentsignificantlyincreasedthactivityofnitrogenmetabolismenzymesinflue-curedtobaccopromoteditrogen absorptionandicotiesthesisinflecuredtobaccoandtheexpressionlevelsoftrogenmetabolismgenesNN,d NtGDH1were significantly increased.T3treatment increased theactivity and productsof carbon and nitrogen metabolismenzymes influe-curedtobacondsigniicantlyincreasedtheexpressionlevelsof NAM.Insummary,spraingdierentbiosiulants significantly promoted the growth and development of tobacco plants. Among them, γ -aminobutyricacid significantlyaffected the carbon metabolismprocessoffue-cured tobacco,chitosanoligosaccharidesignificantly increased thentrogenmetablismntesity offlue-credtobaccoandalginateoligosaccharidehadabalancedeffectonthecarbonandnitrogenmetabolismofflue-cured tobacco.
