Abstract: To ensure the reliability of food microbiological testing results,this paper analyzes the causes of testing errors,including non-standard sample collection and processng,inadequate calibration and maintenance of instruments and equipment, non-standard personnel operation,and improper control of the testing environment. And measures such as standardizing the sample collection and processing procedures, strengthening the calibration and maintenance of instruments and equipment, enhancing training and standardizing personnel operations,and reasonably controlling the experimental environment are proposed.
