Analysis of Food Safety Hazards, SourceIdentification and Prevention Strategies in the Whole Food Chain

Abstract: Food safety is a critical issue concerning public health and social stability.With the increasing complexityand globalization of the food industry chain,food safety risks have presented newcharacteristics, and the traditional regulatory model is difficult to deal with systemic risks throughout the entire chain.This study examines biological,chemical, and physical hazards from a comprehensive supply chain perspective, analyzing their specific origins and formation mechanisms at key stages including primary production, processing, storage,and distribution.Building on this foundation,it proposes integrated risk prevention strategies encompassng strengthened corporate accountability,enhanced government oversight, and collaborative social governance to elevate China's food safety safeguards.
