食用农产品中农药残留超标问题及防控对策分析
Abstract: Excessive pesticide residues in edible agricultural products have become a key issue threatening public health and restricting the sustainable development ofagriculture.This article analyzes the main causes of excessive pesticide residues in edible agricultural products,including non-standard use of pesticides by farmers in the production proces,loopholes in the supervision of the pesticide market,an incomplete supervisionanddetection system,and insufcient punishment for illgal acts.Based on this,it proposes targeted prevention and control strategies,aiming to provide practical references for solving the problem of excessive pesticide residues in edible agricultural products.
