Abstract: Red dates are a highly nutritious medicinal and edible fruit.The research and development of red date products willpromote the high-quality development of China's deep processing of dates and the manufacturing of nutritious and healthy food.This article reviews the key technologies and the current status of productresearch and development in the processing of red date powder solid beverages, with the aim of providing a reference for the comprehensive utilization of red date powder.
