Abstract:Asacrucialegineeing measuesafegarding thelivesadpropertyofhundredsofiliosofpeople,temodezedperation andmanagementoftheLowerYelloRiverlevesarepivotalforensuingtesafetyndstabilityoftheYlloiveradsupportigteig qualitydevelopmentoftheiverbasin.Confronedwithcalengssuchasfrequentextreeclimateeents,teprominntpercedivear acteristics,ndeacyotlnecksoftradiioalanagementodels,hereisnurgnteedtosfoeanagementparadigmo wardsintellisili,andcolloaioisprsyemaallyalydoteckissusiturrmaf YelowRiverlsingifatisig,skpritiogeatiogingsilcdil nisms.Itpropododeaagntfmekcterdompsieiteligntpeptiodigiatpoeetltgneringfoundatiotelintcolbratieoveanc.Keymeaseserelabated,cdingosuctingntegated“sci groud-rivergintoingeokinggdelitialteeisioaingbtegatigoload gineeringresileceacenttecologsndstablsngafatedterdeparmentalegencommandsystem.Apsdplmentationpathisalsopresented.Teresearchimstoprovideasystemicsolutionforbuldingasafer,smarter,andmoreresilient“digital twin levee”,contributing to the long-term safety and stability of the Yelow River.
