Abstract:Empoeiologialivilzationcostructiihdataeentsistderlyglgicfopromotigologicaleviotgo eranceintheYelowRiverBasin.Evaluatingthecouplingandcordinationrelationshipbetweendataelementdevelopmentandecological civlizatioconstructionispticularlyimporantforacievingigqualitydevelopmentineYellwRiverBasinToprovidetortical basisandreferecedecisionmakingfortecodinatedevelpentofdataelementsndologcalcivilizationcostructionpolicisinte YellowRiverBasin,thisstudfocusedonnineprovinces(regions)itheYelowiverBasinfrom2013toO.Theentropymethod,couplingcoordinatiodegemodel,andkeldsityfuctionwereuedtoivestigateteouplingordiationlevelbetwnatalet developentandologicalcivilzationcostructioesultssowtat:)Teoveralldvelopentlevelofataelmentsndeeelof ecologicalcivilzationconstructionaestadilimproving,utthrearestillproblemsofuevenndnsufiientdevelopnt.)ecou plingandordiationbewentheevelopentofataelementsandeostructionofologicalcivilzationavegradallttd, andhavegonetroughaprocessofildimbalancetonarimbalance.3)Theouplingandcordinationbetweentedevelopmntofdataele mentsand theconstruction of ecological civilizationexhibitnon-equilibrium characteristics,with downstream areas > midstream areas > (204号 upstreamareas,presentingaU-shapedlayoutfromeasttowestandanincreasinglayoutfromnorthtosouthBasedonteempiicalresults, threetypesofuplindodatiotfidigatatevelopgolgicalivilaticostuctiontal mentdevelopntholoicalcivilaionostruction,andlowataelementdvelopent-lologicalivilatioonsttid corresponding improvement paths are proposed.
