Abstract：Empoeiologialivilzationcostructiihdataeentsistderlyglgicfopromotigologicaleviotgo eranceintheYelowRiverBasin.Evaluatingthecouplingandcordinationrelationshipbetweendataelementdevelopmentandecological civlizatioconstructionispticularlyimporantforacievingigqualitydevelopmentineYellwRiverBasinToprovidetortical basisandreferecedecisionmakingfortecodinatedevelpentofdataelementsndologcalcivilizationcostructionpolicisinte YellowRiverBasin，thisstudfocusedonnineprovinces（regions）itheYelowiverBasinfrom2013toO.Theentropymethod，couplingcoordinatiodegemodel，andkeldsityfuctionwereuedtoivestigateteouplingordiationlevelbetwnatalet developentandologicalcivilzationcostructioesultssowtat：）Teoveralldvelopentlevelofataelmentsndeeelof ecologicalcivilzationconstructionaestadilimproving，utthrearestillproblemsofuevenndnsufiientdevelopnt.）ecou plingandordiationbewentheevelopentofataelementsandeostructionofologicalcivilzationavegradallttd， andhavegonetroughaprocessofildimbalancetonarimbalance.3）Theouplingandcordinationbetweentedevelopmntofdataele mentsand theconstruction of ecological civilizationexhibitnon-equilibrium characteristics，with downstream areas > midstream areas > （204号 upstreamareas，presentingaU-shapedlayoutfromeasttowestandanincreasinglayoutfromnorthtosouthBasedonteempiicalresults， threetypesofuplindodatiotfidigatatevelopgolgicalivilaticostuctiontal mentdevelopntholoicalcivilaionostruction，andlowataelementdvelopent-lologicalivilatioonsttid corresponding improvement paths are proposed.
