Research on the Construction and Application of Trusted Data Space in the Combined Operation of Hydro-Wind-Solar-Storage Systems in Multi-Basin Provinces

Abstract:Aimingat the issues of trust deficits incross-domain data aggregationandsharing,as well as diffcultis in integrating multi-disciplinary modelsduring thecrossbasin/provincialcoordinated dispatchand trading of hydro-wind-solar-storageresources,a cross-domain datasharing management technology basedona trusted data space is proposed to achieve secure aggregation and sharing of multi-entity hydro-wind-solar-storage data.First,anoverall framework forcross-domain multi-entity hydro-wind-solar-storagedata sharing management is constructed.Subsequently,adata managementmechanismcharacterizedby“on-chaincertification,off-chain storage,and contract-based control”is established.This mechanismensuresdata integrityand traceabilitybystoring datafingerprintsontheblockchain,therebyenablingthetrustedcollection,eficient circulation,andcolaborative analysis of multi-source data,including hydropower,wind power,photovoltaic,and energy storage data.Finaly,a multi-dmensional performance evaluation of the constructed trusted data space demonstrates that it achieves 100% (20 accuracy in access control policy effectiveness and a 100% detection rate against tampering.Moreover,with the optimized consensusmechanism,transactionlatencyissignificantlyreducedand throughputrate isgreatly improved.The resultsverifyitscapability toeffctivelyresolve data trust challenges incross-domain energy coordination,underscoring itscritical importanceforadvancingthedigitalandintelligentdevelopmentof thenew power system.
