Electrical Life Improvement of Balanced Force Relay Based on Digital Prototype Model

Abstract:Aiming to address poor consistency and short electrical life of a1/2 in 3 balanced force relay of a manufacturer,researchonimproving theelectrical lifeofbalanced forcerelaysisconducted.Firstly,thefailure mechanismofproductswithelectricallife failureisanalyzed,andtherootcauseofrelaylife terminationis determined through theanalysis of arcing time,action process and suction-reaction force matching.Then,a digital prototypeof therelayis established torealize thestatic characteristic simulationof suctionandreaction force;on his basis,the key parameters of the electromagnetic system and contact spring system are optimized to achieve good suction-reactionforce matching.Finaly,high-temperatureelectrical life testsare conductedontheoptimizedrelay prototypes.The testresultsshow thattheelectrical lifeof theoptimizedproductsisefectivelyimproved,and the optimization goal is achieved.

0 引言

1958年我国建立了第一个继电器专业生产厂,历经六十多年的发展,虽已形成了产品门类齐全、品种基本配套的产业格局[1-2],但成熟、完整的继电器配套技术与批量设计规范仍推进缓慢[34]产品在稳健性与一致性方面有待进一步提升[5]
