Abstract:Addresingtheissesofincompleteindicatorsystemsandlowearly-warningeficiencyintheevaluationoftreatedwater qualityfromsludgerecyclingwatertreatmentplants,thispaperproposesahybridoptimizedSupport VectorMachine(SVM)modelthat integratestheFruitFlyOptimizationAlgorithmandtheWhaleOptimzationAlgorithm(FOA-WOA-SVM).Takingasludgerecycling watertreatmentplantinChongqingasacasestudy,theinformationgaimethodasusedtoselect1Oighiskcharacteristicdicato -includingnitrogen,turbidity,aluminum,ndfuorescenceindicessodelinputs.Areelevelearlywainggradingstadard wasestablised.ExperimentsdemonstratethathehybridalgoritmachievesfasterconvergenceandhighertabiltinSVMpraeteroptimization.Themodel attained a classification accuracy of 96.8% on the test set,representing an improvement of 5%~15% over single -algorithm models,while the response time was reduced by approximately 18%~25% .The research shows that the proposed model offershighclasaoacuracydgoodtieeyprovinlableeicalupprtfiskidentifatiodopatoaldeci sion-making in sludge recycling water treatment plants..
