Abstract:Asanimportantpartofglobalclimategovermance,agriculturalcarbonemisionreductionisofgreatsignificanceto achievethestrategicgoalof“doublecarbon”.Basedonthequantumgametheory,thispaperdiscusesthepromotionstrategyfcollbo rativegoveranceofagiculuralcarbonemisioeduction.Inviewoftherealisticdilemmaoftheainbodybhavirconflictadhelow eficiencyofpolicyolsinagriculturalcarbonemisioneductionthispaperputsforwardthreestrategiesdynamicadaptiveicetive system,nterestentanglementclaborativeetorkndprecisegulatorygioalpolicyroughsuchtolsaseppedpefoncee wards,blochtateositlaosunioltieeei laborationofthegoverment,griculturaltechnoogycompanies,agriculturalcoperativesandothermultiplesujects,andiprovethe effectivenessofgriculturalcarbonemissonreduction.Theresearchsowstatthequantumgametheoryprovidesanewperspectiveand operational framework for the policy design of agricultural carbon emission reduction.
