AbstractObjective：Toanalyzeandclarifytheoneptualconotationofdeathnxietyincancerpatients，andtoproideefecefor medicalstafftoidentifyandintervenethedeathanxietyincancerpatients.Methods：Asystematicsearchwasconductedondatabases includingCNIFagdabase，oed，ubedeboiee，ossendA wereselectedbasedoninclusionandexclusioncriteria，andtheconceptofdeathanxietywasanalyzedbyusingWalkerandAvant conceptualanalsis.Results：Atotalf35rticlesereiudedtosummaretheoneptoeathnxiety.Itsoneptalatrteswere determinedtodeesteeologicalepresoseasompleityndcialogstylPrctorsedc factors，diseasefctorshlogicaltorsndialporteeensidedtpactotaitolical physiologicalandsocialaspcts.Conusios：eootatioofdeathaxityisomplexandifluencedbymultiplefctorsich couldseriouslyaectthequalityoflifeofcancerpatients.Clinicalmedicalstaffsouldimprovetherecognitionateofeathnietyn cancer patients，make proactive nursing interventions，and reduce the adverse effects of death anxiety on patients.
