AbstractObjective：Toelaboratethetheoreticalfoundationsanddevelopmentaltrajectory theStory-BasedPatient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System Score Guide（SBSG-P），andtoclarifyitsrelevantconceptsandconstructionprocess. Methods：BysearchingandreviewingdomesticandinternationalteratureonPatient-ReportedOutcomesMeasurementInforation Systemadrelatedstorybasedtols，theconstructioobectivesandproceduraltepsteStoryBasedPatientReportedutcomes Measurement Information System ScoreGuideweredefined.Results：Thisstudydevelopedamethodologicalframeworkforthe constructionprocessthe Story-BasedPatient-ReportedOutcomesMeasurement Information SystemScoreGuide.Theframework adoptedamixedmethodsdesignthatintegratesquantitativeandqualitativemethodologies.Theframeworkincludedformulatinga researchprotocol，ombiningquantitativepreliminaryasessentwithindivualsemructuredinterewsfodatacolctionsing summativecontentanalysis togeneratetheinitialdrafttheguide，subsequentlyconductingfocus groupinterviewsandDelphiexpert consultations torefinethecontet，ndcarringoutasmallscalepilotstudytoexamietevaliditytemappigbetweearaive storiesandquantitativedata，onthebasiswhichthefinalversiontheguidewasrevisedandclinicalvalidationwasconducted.
Conclusions：Clarifyingthemethodologicalframeworkforconstructingthe Story-BasedPatient-ReportedOutcomes Measurement InformationSystemScoreGuideis intendedtosupportcliniciansandnursesindevelopinginnovativePatient-ReportedOutcomes MeasurementInformationSystemscorenterpretationtoolsthatarebothcontextuallygroundedandprecise，therebyprovidingdecision support for treatmentdecisions，interventionstrategies，and individualized patient managementinclinical practice.
