High-speed Adsorption Picking and Placing Platform Based on Flying Photography

Abstract:This research addresses the urgent demand of modern manufacturing for high-speed and high-precision pick-and-place technology of small and light objects,and proposes a high-speed and high-precision adsorption picking and placing system based on the flying shutter technology. This system integrates vacuum adsorption,visual positioning calibration,motion control,and intelligent algorithms to achieve precise positioning and stable grasping of target objects during high-speed movement. Its core features include optimizing the vacuum establishment time, selecting the appropriate vacuum generator and air pipe length,and using a high-speed stroboscopic light source to dynamically photograph,locate and identify the target object during movement. The motion controler calculates the compensation trajectory in real time, optimizes the motion curve of the pick-and-place axis,and shortens the overall movement time by interpolation operation under the premise of ensuring pick-and-place accuracy,guiding the end efector to accurately pick up and place objects. This system can increase the pick-and-place production efficiency by 50% at a movement speed of 2m/s and a positioning accuracy of 20μm .This research provides new ideas and solutions for the development of high-speed and high-precision pick-and-place technology.
