Abstract ∵ In response to the demand for accurate detection of moisture content in oils within the industrial sector,an innovative designscheme for moisture detection inoil based on infrared spectroscopy is proposed. The circuits required for this scheme are studied,and a complete detection circuit model is constructed on the Multisim platform, covering the infrared constant current driving module, photodetector receiving module, front amplification,filtering,secondary amplification,and secondary filtering.Simulationresults indicate that within the moisture content detection range from O to 1000mg/kg ,the output voltage and current parameters of each key module in the circuit show a significant negative correlation with the moisture content in the oil.The infrared constant current driving circuit outputs stable signals.The front amplification module achieves an amplification of 30-50 times in the signal conditioning circuitt.The bandpass filter module suppresses noise interfernce.The main amplification module and low-pass filtering module are cascaded to ensure that the output voltage meets the requirements for subsequent A/D conversion. This fully verifies the effectiveness and feasibilityofthe detectioncircuit,providingaviable technical solution for the circuitdesignof moisture content detectioninoil.
