Abstract：Dexmedetomidineisa highly selective ∝2 -adrenergicreceptor agonist，which has the effects ofsedation， analgesia，andreductionofsympatheticnervetonewithnosideefectssuchasrespiratorydepressonandEEG interference. Itiswidelyusednowinclinical practice.Studieshaveshownthatdexmedetomidineincombinationwith different anesthetic drugs enhances sedation and analgesia，improvesrespiratory depression，stabilizes hemodynamics，reduces drugdosageanddiscomfortduringsurgeryandreduces theincidenceofadversereactions.Thisarticlereviewstheclinical research progressof the combinationof dexmedetomidine with diferent anestheticdrugs，aiming toprovide references for clinical application.

右美托咪定（Dexmedetomidine，Dex）又名盐酸右美托咪定，是一种新型的 ∝ 肾上腺素受体激动剂，其通过抑制蓝斑核去甲肾上腺素（Norepinephrine，NE）释放和竞争性结合受体发挥药理作用，具有镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、抑制炎症反应及交感神经系统活动、稳定心血管、防治谵妄等作用，且对呼吸系统抑制作用微弱，因此在临床麻醉和重症监护病房中广泛应用[1]。（剩余14812字）
