Semantic sentiment-based analysis of forest therapy satisfaction： a case study of Xiqiao mountain forest park

Abstract：【Objective】Satisfactionwith forestherapy experiencesservesasakeyindicatorforoptimizing forestpark service management.Investigatingthesatisfactionoftourists’foresttherapyexperiencesreflectedinonlinereviewscanprovideafoundation forthe managementandserviceoptimizationofforestparks.【Method】ThisstudyselectedtheXiqiaomoutainnationalforestpark in Guangdong astheresearchbject.Userreviewsuploaded bytouristswerecollctedfrom Ctripand Dianping tourismwebsites.Using networktextanalysisandsentimentaalysismethods，igh-frequencyperceivedfeaturesofforesttherapyexperiencesweredentifed andtourists’emotionaltendencieserequantifed.Theimportance-performaneanalysis（A）methodwasemploedtoasestourists perceivedforestthrapyelementsandsatisfactionlevels.【Result】Userreviewssowedaighproprtionofpositiveexpressiosabout Xiqiaomoutainitronteptisofutifuleryfreshidaiatueustslsiditto to park services and facilities.The proportion of positive emotions toward Xiqiao mountain park was 72.83% ，and satisfaction with all wellessementsasatedas“verystifidorigherHoweverservice-relatedeementsreceivedelativelyighpropoionof “disatisfd"sps.atualenydstocauualentspak'stregtsinforsthaydsouldeighte inpromotionalefforts.Intrastsvicefcilisandtrasporationeementsequiresigicantimproements，hilesurend recreationelemetsdoigelablesousocio】Iuretaknteate suchasGuaninculturetodsigndiverseforestterapyctivits.Additioalltiingtheudestem，trafclaoutdpaking facilities，along withimproving overallservicequality，willprovide touristswithahigh-qualityforesttherapyexperience.
