Abstract:【Objective】Toexplore the efectsanddriving mechanismsof successiveplantingonsoil microbialcommunities in Eucalyptuplantations.【Method】Usinghig-throughputsequencing,thisstudyanalyedthestructureanddiversityofsoilbcterial and fungal communitiesacross four successive planting generations of Eucalyptusurophylla ×E grandisplantationsinLeizhou peninsula.Bycombining withthedeterminationofsoilchemicalproperties,theinterlinkagesbetweensoilmicrorganismsand environmental factors were also elucidated.【Result】1)Although fungal ACE,Chaol,and Shannon indices in the 40-80cm layer were significantlyighrinG2taninothgeneratios,ucessveplantingeertednognifant efectosoilmicrobialalhadivesity However,itsgantlyleedmicoalomuitysrucres;2)allollstedantbcteralylainachatio werePseudomoadotacidobacterotClorofeindctioetotahileeoantfungalpylaresidootad
