Abstract:【Objective】Thecultivationandrestorationofockmoscrustsispotentialnewmeasureforecologicalrestorationinthe Qinlingminingea.Howeer,teisufentsuplyofosedsouesasbcoeasignicantbotteneckinpraticalacation Exploringthegeneratioalangsinteowthdogenousoeiicatosndlozationabiltyfacthiuosum throughsuccesivesubculturesusing imitednaturalmossscanprovidetheoreticalsupportfortelargscalesubcultureandepasio ofseedsurces,whichisofgeatsignificancefortheindustrialzationofmoscrustecologicalrestoratio.【Method】Thedoant speciesBrachytheciumplumosumfromrock-dwellngbiocrustswassubjectedtothreesuccessivesubcultureccles(30daysper generation)underontrolldlaboratoryonition.tergenrationaldirenesinoveragenewbranchlngthranchumbe andsix endogenoushormones(includingIAAandABA)wereanalyzed,withtheircorrelationsexamined.【Result】1)Suesive subculturesinducedsigfcantarationsinedogeoushomoepoflesacrossgeneratios,otentiallyexplainingobseedgrowth indexdisparities;2)Endogenous hormones exhibitedvaryingcorelations withgrowthindices:IAAshowedpositivecorrelations withgrowthparameters,whereasABAdisplaednegativeoelations,withteserelationsipsdependingondevelopmentalstages; 3)Afterthrconsecutivesubultures,theindoo-cultivatedBrachythciumplumosumstillmaintaedahighpropagationeciency After32daysofoutdoorcolonzation,therewerenosignfcantdiferencesingrowthidicatorsamongdiferentsubculturegenetios. 【Conclusion】The endogenous hormone contents of indoor-cultivated Brachythecium plumosum showedobviousgenerational diferences,andtecorelationswithgowthindicatorsvariedwiththegowthanddevelopmentstagesofBrachyteciumplumosum. Thesefactorsmightjointlycausethegenerationaldfferencesingrowthindicators.ThegowthindicatorsofBrachytheciumplumosum couldstillmaitainaighleveattendofultivationaftersucessiesubulture,ndterewrenogeneratioaldieecesin outdoorcolonzationabilitydicatingthatsubultureexpasioncanbeusedtoontinuouslybtainBrachytheciumplumoud sources.
