数字基础设施建设对乡村振兴的影响研究

——基于数字普惠金融的中介效应

Abstract： With the further deepening of the rural revitalization development strategy， digital technology has become a new engine for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. This article took the“Broadband China” pilot policyas a quasi-natural experiment， selected 266 prefecturelevel cities in China from 2011 to 2022 as research samples，and used the difference-in-differences method to empirically study the impact of digital infrastructure construction on rural revitalization. The research found that digital infrastructure construction could promote rural revitalization and improve the level of rural revitalization through digital inclusive finance.Further analysis revealed that the promoting effect of digital infrastructure construction on rural revitalization was stronger in regions with higher salary development levels，and its impact on the development level of rural revitalization was more significant in the northwest of the HU Huanyong Line， non-old industrial bases， and medium and small-sized cities.Based on this， policy suggestions such as increasing investment in digital infrastructure construction， leveraging the mechanism of digital inclusive finance and salary development levels， and adopting differentiated strategies based on local conditions are proposed.
