Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Method for Elevator Door Systems Based on Multi-source Data Fusion

Abstract:Aimingatteproblemsofinsuficientreal-timeperformanceandhighmisjudgmentrate intraditionalelevatordoor systemfaultdiagnosismethods,anintellgentfaultdiagnosismethodbasedonmulti-sourcedatafusionisproposed.Thismethod integratesmulti-sourcedatasuchasacceleration,velocity,anddisplacement,andcomparesthereal-timeoperationcurves (displacementvelocityacceleration)ofthedoorbodywiththestandardoperationcurvestoacheveaccuratediagnosisadearly warningoffaultssuchasprolongedoperationtimeandshortened traveldistance.Experimentalresultsshowthatcomparedwiththe traditional videoanalysis method,thecomprehensiveaccuracyandoverall recallrateof this methodare increasedby 34.15% and 24.23% ,respectively,and the average single fault diagnosis timeis reduced by about 2,050ms .This providesareliable and efficient technical path for transforming elevatordoorsystem maintenancefrompassverepair toactivepredictive maintenance.
