【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy， safety economy crisaborole in the treatment mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis （AD）， to provide evidence-based reference the clinical drug use. Methods Rapid health technology assessment （rHTA）was used to systematically search the PubMed， Embase， Cochrane Library， Web Science， CNKI， WanFang Data， VIP， SinoMed databases， icial websites domestic eign health technology assessment （HTA） organizations.The HTA reports，systematic reviews/Meta-analysis pharmacoeconomic studies about crisaborolein the treatment mild-to-moderate AD were collected according to the inclusion exclusion criteria.The retrieval time Was from the inception to August 15th，2025.After data extraction quality evaluation，descriptive analyses were permed on the results the included studies. Results A total 19 pieces literature were included，involving l6 systematic reviews/Meta-analysis，2 HTA reports 1 pharmacoeconomic studies.In terms eficacy，compared with placeboor vehicle，crisaborole significantly improved Eczema Area Severity Index （EASI）， Investigator's Static Global Assessment （ISGA）， Scoring Atopic Dermatitis （SCORAD）， Pruritus Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） scores in patients，improving skin condition， alleviating symptoms such as itching.However，no definitive conclusions had been reached regarding its effcacy compared with topical calcineurin inhibitors.Intermssafety， the primaryadverse events （AE） crisaborole were application site reactions，which occuredat a relativelylow rate overall.Most cases were mild to moderate in severity，with fewer serious adverse events （SAE）reported. discontinuation was generally not required， the medication was wel-tolerated in patients.In terms economy， Canadian studies indicated that crisaborole had an economic advantage compared with pimecrolimus in the treatment children with mild-to-moderate AD， while economic evaluation data from China remained unavailable. Conclusion Crisaborole has good effcacy safety in the treatment mild-to-moderate AD，but its economy need to be studied.
