基于比较优势理论的新疆甜菜生产区域优化研究

Abstract：Inordertooptimizethesugarbeetproductionlayoutandgivefullplaytothecharacteristicadvantagesofthesugarbeet industry in Xinjiangregion，thistudyconductedanin-depthanalysis basedonthetheoryofcomparative advantage.Using the relevantdatafrom2012to2O21，theimprovedspecializationindexandthecomprehensivecomparativeadvantageindexmethod wereusedtoexplorethecomparativeadvantagesofXinjiangregioninthefeldofsugarbetproductionTheresultsshowthatYili Prefecture，BoPrefectureandBazhouPrefecture haverelativeadvantagesintermsofthe improved specializationindex;andthat Yili PrefectureandBazhou Prefecture haveobviousadvantages in terms of thecomprehensivecomparativeadvantage.It is recommended to further improvetheproductionefciencyand qualityof sugar beein Xinjiang byrationallyoptimizing the regional layoutofsugar bet production in Xinjiang，realizingthesyergistic developmentof the sugar beet industrychain， improving the sugarbeetsubsidy policysystem，and strengthening the introduction and innovation oftechnology.
