Abstract: Theforestryandfruit industryreacharacteriticalladvantageous industryin Xinjiangwhich is vitaltoeconomic developmentandincomegenerationforfarmersAimingat theforestfuitplantinginXinjiangfertilizerapplicationprocesexists intheartificialfrtilzationeffctispoor,lowfrilierutilzationandotherproblems.Tispaperdesigedaindoforchadstable fertlizerdoublerowopenfurrowfertilizerapplicator.Thekeycomponentsofthemachine,suchaschiselopener,combined fertilizerdisageviceralicsm,ertilertankfretresigeddeructredpaeol dividing plate,soiletaining plate,fertilizerbearingplate,scrapertypeconveyingdevice,andbelttypefertlierfedingdevice weredetermined.Thewhole machinewas integratedandthefeld performancetest was carredout.Theresultsshowedthatthe stability of ditching depth was 97.37% ,that the soil disturbance area was 438.25cm2 ,that the uniformity of fertilizer discharge was 95.57% ,and thatthe qualified rate offertilizer discharge was 93.80%, indicating that the fertilizer applicator met the requirements of orchard fertilization.
