Abstract： Duringthe mechancalharvestingofchilipeppers，thesizesofchilipeppersvaryamongdiferentvarietiesand planting regions.Toimprovetheworkingeficiencyandperformanceofthecleaningdevice，thegapbetweenthecleaningrolersets needs tobeadjustedaccodingtoteizeoftechlipppers.Inodetoeancethecleanngefncandducelosesingatthe problems that theadjustmentofthe gapbetweenthe cleaningrollersetsiscumbersome，time-consuming andlabor-intensive， resultinginlowproductioneficiencyandhighlossrate，researchontherapidadjustmenttechnologyofthegapbetweentheroller setsofthecleaningdeviceofchilipepperharvestershasbeencariedoutAbearingseatdevicewitharapidadjustmentfunctionhas bendesignedThisdevicecanquicklyandaccuratelychangethepositionofthecleaningrolersetsintheadjustment mechanism according tothesizeofchilipepperstobeharvested，toadaptothecleaningoperationsofdiferentvarietiesofchilipeppers Throughbenchcomparisontests，compared withthefxed non-adjustablebearingseat，therapid-adjustable bearingseatsavesan averageofabout15.5minutesinasingledisassemblyandassemblytest，ndtheoperationefciencyisinreasedby4tims.Ithas benverifiedthat thisdevicecansignificantlyaccelerate thespeedofmachinedebugging maintenanceand bearingreplacement， thus mprovingproductioneffciency.Moreover，thebearingseat canfloatupanddown withinasmallrangetoreducetheimpact force，effectively decreasing the mechanical failure rate and maintenance costs.

0引言

近年来，我国棘椒产业发展迅速，截止2024年初，新疆加工用红辣椒的种植面积约为7.7万 hm2 辣椒成为了新疆各地区农民增产增收的重要经济作物[1-3]。（剩余3987字）
