Abstract： Inordertofurtherimprovetheplasticflmrecyclingwork，preventthepollutionoffarmlandplasticflmdpromote thescientificuseofrmlandpasticflmandtherecycling ofwasteagriculturalflm，thispaperaalyzed theappication，esidue， mechanizedrecyclingandreusedofplasticfilminChangji.Forthefilmmechanizationrecoveryrateisnothigh，farmersesidual filmrecyclingawareness isweak，autumnmechanizationrecycling progressislow，thecostofenergyutilizationis high，put forwardcorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions，imingtopromote theefectivedevelopmentofflmrecclingandeuse work in Changji， and promote the green and sustainable development ofagriculture.
