五倍子与美罗培南对耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌体外联合药敏试验研究

Abstract Objective To study the bacteriostasis of Galla Chinensis against Klebsiella pneumoniae in vitro and thecombined drug sensitivity test ofGalla Chinensis and meropenem against carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae （CRKP）in vitro.MethodsAtotal of 40 strains of non-repetitive CRKPand 20 strains of non-repetitive carbapenem-sensitive Klebsiella pneumoniae （CSKP）were isolated froma hospital of traditional Chinese in Hebei province from 2022 to 2023; the minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC）ofGalla Chinensis was determined by the micro broth dilution method. Galla Chinensis and meropenem were used to test the drug sensitivity of 22 strains of CRKP by the checkerboard dilution method.ResultsGalla Chinensis had strong antibacterial efects on both CRKP and CSKP groups，and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The results of CRKP in vitro showed that Galla Chinensis and meropenem acted synergistically additive，the fractional inhibitory concentration index（FIC） ranged from O.1250 to 0.7500，and the synergistic effectwas 77.27% .Nounrelated orantagonistic effects were detected.ConclusionGalla Chinensis had strongantibacterial effecton Klebsiella pneumoniae，and it had synergistic action with meropenem's bacteriostasis in vitro，which provided reference basis for clinical treatment of CRKP infection with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
