Current Situation，Challenges and Path Optimization ofHigh-Quality Development ofLivestock Industry in Ningxia

Abstract The development achievements of Ningxia's livestock industry in 2O24 were systematically reviewed.An analytical framework was constructed from dimensions such as policy support，production scale，and seed industry innovation.The structural contradictions faced bythe industry，such as market fluctuations andrelianceon germplasm， were deeply analyzed.Based onNingxia's "six special" industrial strategic positioning，a systematic solutioncovering seed industry research and development，technological empowerment，and integrated development was proposed， providing practicalreferences forthe high-qualitydevelopment ofcharacteristiclivestock industries inthearid regions ofNorthwest China.Theresearch shows thatNingxia needs toestablisha"policy-technology-market"colaborative mechanism to break through resourceand environmental constraints，enhance the industrial value chain，and builda modernlivestock industrysystem withregional characteristics，inordertoachievetheexpected goalof high-quality development of the livestock industry.
