Wushu Technical System ： Evolution History ， Existing Problems and Reform Orientation

Abstract：The technical systemofWushu playsabasic supporting role forthe development of wushu.Basedonsortingoutthe evolution historyof the Wushu technical system，thispaperanalyzes the main drawbacksofthe currntWushu technical system，proposesanewdimensionofthereformof the Wushutechnical system，andlooks forward totherealisticsignificance of thenewWushu technicalsystem for the developmentofWushu.Theresearch reveals：（1）The technicalsystem has undergone three evolutionary phases ： the pre-quanzhong era（pre Qing Dynasty），the quanzhong period （Qing Dynasty to New China’s founding），and the post-quanzhongstage（post-1949）.（2）Contemporary shortcomings include an overemphasisonmartialartsroutinesattheexpenseoffoundationalskils，themarginalizationofschol-basedWush，and hinderedsocial engagement.（3）Futurereformsshould prioritizedual characteristics：combatfunctionalityandnational identity.（4）Arestructured technical systemcould redefine Wushu’smodern imageand bridgethe gap between suplyand demand in Wushu development.
