Abstract：Facing theinteligenttransformationofcompetitivesports，basedontheanalysisof theapplicationscenariosof artificialintellgenceempoweringcompetitivesports，tispaperdeconstructsthetechnicalendogenousdefectsandconflictsin social application，andrevealsthelogicof risk generation.Onthisbasis，a“technology-system-management”trinity collaborativegovernanceframeworkisproposedtobalancetechnologyempowermentandriskchallenges.Atthetechnical level，thefiessandstabilityofthealgorithmareimprovedbyconstructinganinterpretablemodel，optimizngrbstsnd establishingarisprceptionmehanism.Atteisittioallevel，itisecessrytomprovetdataclasscatiosand dynamicsecurityaudit mechanism，formulaterisk-orientednationalstandards，andpromote theestablishmentof industryselfdisciplinenorms.Atthemanagementlevel，asustainablemulti-governanceecological networkisconstructedwiththeuport of improvedintellientliteracy，thusstrengtheningcross-domaincollaborativesupervision，promotingbalancedalocationof resources and self-discipline incentives of enterprises.
