Abstract：Basedonpaneldataof31provincesinChinesefrom2O13to2O22，thispapermeasuredthegrainproductionresilienceand utilizedodelssuchastedoublefiedefectsmodelandtheTbitmodeltoexaminetheefectandmechanismofairpolutiononthe grainproductioesilience.Thersultsindicatedthat：theaverageresilienceofgrainproductioninChinahasrisenfromOO213to 0.260in2022，showinganoverallupwardtrendTheaverageresilenceinajorgainproucigregionshasonsistentlybenherthan the natioalaverage，whileitislwerinmajorgrainconsumingregionsandregions withbalancedgrainproductionandconsumption. Accordingtotha-Kndalltredtestetn3ad22，tesileceofnproductinallprovcialdminisaiits， except Heilongjiang， Liaoning，and Xinjiang， increases at a significance level of 5% . Air pollution significantly inhibits the grain production resilience.Fromadimensioalprspetive，airpoltionweakenstheresistanceandtransformationcapabilitisoftegrainprouction resilience.Thedigitaleconomplaysanegatiemoderatingoleinteimpactofirpoltonongrainproductionresilience，sitweakens theadverseffctofirpolutionongainproductioesilience.Thesholdanalysisevealsthatteegativeimpactofairpolionte grainproductioesilenedcreassassilnceinreass，demostratingalinarharacteristic.Heterogeneitnalysissostat airpolutionhasastrongernegativeimpactonthegrainproductionresilienceinmajorgrainproducingareasandtemperateosoon climatezone.Treforeesouldstrengthnirltiomotog，ndimplementareedaitiocotrolmeasuresbgiond industryAditioallturaligialoysuldbvelodtorootetigitaltasfoatioofaprouctiWeould enhanceinfrastructureconstructionaccordingtolocalconditionstooptimizeproductionconditions，enhancetheresilienceofgrain productioninmajorgai-producingareasducesensitivitytoirplltion，sas toesurenatioalfodcuitydthempetati of the strategy for building an agricultural powerhouse.
