微塑料与镉对白菜生长及生理特性的影响

Abstract:Toinvestigatetheefectsof microplasticsandcadmium(Cd)onplantgrowthundersingleandcombinedcondions, polyethylenemicroplastics(PE-MPs),whicharewdelydistributedinthesoilenvironment,andcabbage(BrasicacampestrisL),a popularvegetableindailylife,wereusedinthepotexperiment.Throughindorpotexperiments,thediferenesincabbagegrowth, physiological indicators,and Cd uptake under different concentration gradients of PE-MPs ( 0.5% , 2% 4% )and Cd(1mg⋅kg-1) insingle andcombinedtreatmentswerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatbothPE-MPsandCdtreatmentssignificantlyinhibitedthegrowthof cabbage,withthetoxiceffctofsingleCdtreatmentbeingstrongerthanthatofsinglePE-MPstreatment.PE-MPsonlysignificantly reduced cabbage biomass at the high concentration of 4% ,and a similar trend was observed in the changes of chlorophyll content, especially at the high concentration(4 % ). Low concentration ( 0.5% )of PE-MPs alleviated the oxidative stress caused by Cd to some extent,butasteoncetrationofE-sireasd,tisigatingeectweakedndevetudintogravatedoidatiaage. The malondialdehyde(MDA) content in the medium and high concentration( 2% and 4% )PE-MPs and Cd combined treatment groups increased by 60.53% and 141.47% ,respectively,compared to the corresponding single PE-MPs treatments.Besides,the addition of PEMPsignificantlyrducedthecontentofavailableCdinthesoilbutdidnotsignificantlyalterteuptakeofCdbycabbage.Thersultsf partialleastsquarespathmodeling(PL-PM)indicatedthaundersingleE-Mstreatent,tequalityofcabbageasprimarilydiectlyandnegativelyaffctedbyE-MPsaddition.Incontrast,thecombinedtreatmentofPE-MPsandCdindirectlyinfluencedthequalityf Chinese cabbage by affecting its Cd content.
