Abstract:Toexploredetectiontechnques forochratoxinB(OTB)andochratoxinC(OTC)infishmeat,aswellasprecisedetection techniques forochratoxin A(OTA),anew methodwasdeveloped forsimultaneous determinationofOTA,OTBandOTC incruciancarp using ultra-highperformanceliquidchromatogaphytandemmaspectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),andthecontaminationof3toxinsin15 samplescolectedfromHangzhoumarketwasdetermined.Theresultsshowed thattheproposedmethodhdagodlinearrelatioshipin the mass fraction range of 0.1~50μg⋅kg-1 ,and average recovery rates of1, 5 μg⋅kg-1 and 25μg⋅kg-1 were 77.15%-107.59% through pretreatmentandoptimizationof detectionconditions.TheOTA detectionrateof 15commercially available samples was 20% ,and the highest detection value was 0.453μg⋅kg-1 .This method has good recovery rate and reproducibility,and is suitable for residual detection of ochratoxin in fish meat.
