黄孢原毛平革菌和长枝木霉对猪粪-玉米秸秆堆肥效果及微生物群落结构的影响

Abstract:Inodertoachievetheeficientresourcetreatmentofagriculturalorganicwaste,theefectsofinoculatingPhanerochete chrysosporiumandTrichodermalongibrachiatumonnutrientchanges,humificationprocessandmicrobialcommunitysuccesiodring composting werestudied.Intisexperiment,pgmanureandcostrawereusedasompostingrawmaterials,adfourtreatmntswere setup:noinolatio(CK),oulatioofanerocetechspor(C)ricodealonibracatu)ndteirdulue (CM).Bymeasuringinicatorssuchastemperature,pH,seedgminationidex(G),totaltrogen(T,totalposphorus,otal potassium(TK)andtotalutrientcontentduringthecompostingprocess,theffectsofdiferentexogenousmicrobialagentsonthe composting efectwerecompared.The high-throughputsequencing technologyof16SrRNAgenewasusedtoanalyzethediferential changesntheacterialommunitystrucuredringtheompostigprossihtheadditioofdiferenmicobialagnts.Itwasfoundtat theadditionofdifreticobialagentsouldpromotetetmperatuesefteompostpile.Tebcterialomuitystrucredidot changesignificantlyatdiferetsagsofachcompostingtreament,buttereweresignificantdiferencesinelatieabundancette samestage.Atthephylumlevel,therelativeabundanceofActinobacteriainthetreatmentwiththeaditionofthecompositemicrobial agentwas increased.Atthegenuslevel,thetreatmentwiththecompositemicrobialagentincreasedtherelativeabundanceof SMIAO2 in thelatertageofomposting.Pearsocorelatioanalysisshowedthatamongtefirst33genera,2generaweresigificantlyeae with temperature,pH,EC and E4/E6(P<0.05) . The results of RDA indicated that at the genus level,the changes in the bacterial community structureduringthecompostingprossithdiferent reatmentswerelatedtodiferentevironmentalfactorparameters,andeain environmental factors affecting the bacterial community structure were temperature and pH( P<0.05 ).In conclusion,the addition of microbialgentseiallpsiteobalntaeesityfcobaluityde maturity of the compost to a certain extent and increase the total nutrient content of the compost pile.
