AbstractObjectieToinvestigateteefectofadrograpolidAndroonmyocadialinjuryinatsiacutemyocardlinfarctio Methods:RatAMmodelwasconstructedbyligatingtheleftanteriordescendingcoronaryartery(LAD),andtheratswererandomly assignedtotheshamsurgerygroup,modelgroup,low-,medium-ndhighdoseAndrogroups,andColivelingroup.Tecardiacfunction ofratswastested;2,,5ripenetrazoliuchlorideC)staningasapledtooseeteondionofmyocardialifarction. Hematoxylinandeosin(HE)stainingwasusedtoexaminepathologicalchangesinmyocardialtissue.Theassaykiswereusedtodetect lactatededi)di)i tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF-α) .Wester Blot was performed to detect the expression levels of IL-6,phosphorylated signal transducer and activatoroftrascrti3-)ndaltrascedactiatfrscritproteisinocadialtis Compared withthe shamsurgerygroup,the myocardialtissuedamage inthe model groupwassevere,theLVEDD,LVESD,LDH, infarctsize,CK-MB,cTnl,TNF- α ,IL-1β,IL-6,myocardial cellapoptosis rate,IL-6, p -STAT3/STAT3significantly increased,theLVFSand LVEF significantly decreased (P<0.05) ;Compared with the sham surgery group,the myocardial tissue damage in the model group was morsevere;e)e TNF- α ,IL-1β,IL-6,myocardial cellapoptosisrate,and p -STAT3/STAT3significantly increased,while leftventricularshort-axisejection fraction(LVEF),short-axisshorteningrate(LVFS) significantlydecreased( P<0.05) .Compared with the model group,the myocardial injury in the low-,medium-,and high-dose Andro groups improved;theLVEDD,VESD,DH,infarct size,CK-MB,cnl,F- α⋅α ,IL-1β,IL-6,myocardial cell apoptosisrate,and p -STAT3/STAT3significantlydecreased,while theLVFSandLVEFsignificantly increased (P<0.05) .The STAT3 activatorColivelinevesedepotectivefctsofdroocadialinjuyonusioAdroanmpovemycaalinjuoe cardiacfunctiuaictitosdisatsdia of the IL-6/STAT3 pathway.
