AbstractObjective：Tosummarizethelinicalresearchandmedicalexperienceoftraditional Chinesemedicine（TCM）expertsitreating chronicheartflureatcademictougtsdracteristicsndprovideaeferencefortetreatmentofoicrflure Methods：LiteratureoftetreatmentofchronicheartfalurebyfamousTCMpractitionerswassearched;theevidencewasintegratedand analyzedaccordingtothesystematicreviewoftextandopinion（SrO）methodandteacademiccharacteristicsofthetreatmentof chronichartfailurebycontemporaryTCMpractionerswerediscussedResults：TheTCMexpertswereexplainedwiththetheoriesof "supportingYangtheory"andintemalmovementofcolateralsandwinds".Themethodsofcomprehensivetreatmentandphased treatmentwerepropoedSeveraloelprescriptiosludingiangxinitureuofengningNo.2FoulaenmaiNingiur andShunxinCapsules，hadbeendeveloped.Druguseshouldfocus oflexibleaditionandsubtraction，mutualreferenceofpropertyand management，andintegrationof ChineseandWestemmedicine.Condusion：ContemporaryChinesemedicinemastersinovate， integratingTCMwithWestemmedicine，graspingthediagnosisandtreatmentrulesofchronicheartfailure，andinovatingtheories， methods，prescriptionsand medicines.The clinical effcacyof treating chronic heartfailure is remarkable.
