AbstractObjective：ToexploretheefectofNuanshui ZaotuFormulainpatientswithParkinson's disease（Yangdeficiencycausing intemalwindadcerebalinjuryindicatorsMethods：NntyightParkinsonsdseasepaientswereselectedasstudysubjectsaddiided intotwogroupsaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod.ThecontrolgroupwastreatedwithLevodopaandBenserazideTablets， whiletheobservationgroupreceivedNuanshuiZaotuFomulainadiontoLevodopaandBenserazideTablets.Teclinicaleficacyas comparedof twogroups.TheUnifiedParkinson's DiseaseRting ScalePartIIScore（UPDRS-Il）was usedtoevaluatethemotor functionofpatientsinboth groupsbeforeandaftertreatment.The Non-motor Symptoms Scale（NMSS）wasusedtoevaluate the non-motorsymptomstatusofpatientsinbothgroupsbeforeandaftertreatment.Thecerebralinjuryindicatorsneuron-specificeolase （NSE）， s100β protein，brain-derivedneurotrophicfactor（BDNF）]of thetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatmentwerecompared;The occurrenceofadversereactionswasrecorded.Duringthemedicationperiod，nosignificantliverorkidneyfunctiondamageardiac functinabnoltiesorabnoalbloodroutinetestsocuredineithergoupntebsevatiogrouponecaseofdzinsande caseof skin itchingwere observed，witha total incidencerateof 4.1% .Inthecontrol group，there was one case of dizziness，one case of dyskinesia，and two casesof digestive tract reactions，witha total incidencerateof 8.2% .Therewasno statisticallysignificant difference in theincidence of adverse reactions betweenthe two groups（ P>0.05 .Conclusion：Comparedwith the treatment of simpleLevodopaand BenserazideTablets，thecombinatonofNuanshuiZaotuFormulawithLevodopaandBenserazideTabletsismoreefectiveintreating Parkinson'sdseasepatientswithYangdficiencyandwindtransformation.Itcanefectivelyimprovethemotorfunctionandnonmotor symptoms of patients，regulate cerebral injury-related indicators，with better safety.
