基于新业态共享经济的企业人力资源管理探索

【摘  要】论文以国内企业人力资源管理现存问题为切入点，分析共享经济企业人力资源管理的发展历程，进一步剖析共享经济下企业人力资源管理的新特点，对如何构建适应未来发展趋势的企业人力资源管理模式进行探索，期望能为平台企业提供转型的参考依据。

【Abstract】Taking the existing problems of human resources management in domestic enterprises as the breakthrough point， this paper analyzes the development process of human resources management in sharing economy enterprises， further analyzes the new characteristics of human resources management in sharing economy enterprises， and explores how to build the enterprise human resources management mode adapted to the future development trend， hoping to provide a reference for the transformation of platform enterprises.
