[nvestigation of current status of pharmaceutical aairs management in 66 healthcare institutions in Haidian district of Beijing

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToinvestigatethepharmaceuticalafairsmanagementinhealthcareinstitutionsfromHaidiandistrict of Beijing，and proposecountermeasuresand sugestions for improving therelated work.METHODSThe current statusof pharmaceuticalafairsmanagementin66healthcareinstitutionsfromHaidiandistrictofBeijingwassurveyedthroughon-site inspections，andtheresultswerestatiticallanalyed.Theinspectionitemsicludedsixspecialprojects：pharmaceuticalaffais managementandorganizational structureof pharmacydepartments；drugqualitymanagementandcontrol，prescriptionreview， clinicalappicationmanagementofantimicrobialdrugs，managementofadversedrugevents，andmanagementofspecialdrugs. Theseareas were further divided intoatotal of 27specific inspection sub-items.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS The total proportion of healthcare institutions that fully complied or basically complied with each special project was 90.9% ， 97.0% ， 86.3% ， 90.9% ， 90.9% ，and 96.9% ，respectively. The overall comparison among healthcare institutions that fully or substantially met the standardsacrosedicalinstitutiosatdierentlevelsshowedthattheperformaneof trtayhealthcareinstitutionswasberthan thatofsecondaryandprimaryhealthareinsitutions.Thepharmaceuticalafairsmanagementinealtcareinstutionswithinthe jurisdictionwasprocedinginanorderlymanner.Thereisstilloomforimprovementinfurtherestablishingandperfectingthe functionsofthepharmaceuticalafairsmanagementcommitee，implementingthe2O21EditionofManagementRegulationsfor β -lactamAntimicrobialSkinTests，enforcingtheadversedrugreactionmanagementsystem，and strengtheningtherefined management of narcotics and psychotropic drugs.

2017年以来，国家相关部门先后印发了《关于加强药事管理转变药学服务模式的通知》（国卫办医发[2017]26号）《关于加快药学服务高质量发展的意见》（国卫医发[2018]45号）《关于加强医疗机构药事管理促进合理用药的意见》（国卫医发[2020]2号）《关于成立国家卫生健康委药事管理与药物治疗学委员会的通知》（国卫办医函[2022]59号）等文件，要求各医疗机构加强药事管理、促进合理用药，持续推进药学服务高质量发展。（剩余5187字）
