松溪九龙大白茶品种特征、栽培技术及白茶制作工艺优化研究

摘要:九龙大白茶是源于福建省松溪县的优良茶树品种,具有发芽特早、芽头特长、毫色特白等特点,制作的白茶品质尤其优异,受到市场青睐。文章总结其品种特征与栽培要点,并针对其特点优化白茶制作工艺,旨在推动松溪县白茶产业发展。

Abstract: 'Jiulong Dabaicha' was an excellent tea cultivar in Songxi County, Fujian Province. It has the characteristics of extremely early germination, long bud and white color. The quality of  'Jiulong Dabaicha' was especially excellent, and favored by the market. This paper summarized its cultivar characteristics and cultivation techniques, and optimized the production technology of white tea according to its characteristics, in order to promote the development of white tea industry in Songxi County.
