摘要:调味茶作为一种新式的茶饮,具有饮用便捷、风味协调性好、时尚感强等优点,受到广大消费者的追捧。文章综述了国内外调味茶的研究进展,对产品品类、包装设计、冲泡方式、品质控制等方向展开论述,探讨其研究进展以及面临的问题。

Abstract: As a new type of tea, flavored tea has the advantages of convenient drinking, good flavor coordination

and strong fashion sense, and is sought after by the majority of consumers. This paper reviewed the research

progress of flavored tea at home and abroad, discussed the product category, packaging design brewing method and quality control, and introduced the research progress and problems.
